- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic peeled and minced
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon each of kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
